Paracetamol (para-acetyl-amino-phenol) is also known as aminoacetophen (N-acetyl-para-aminophenol).

Para means that  groups are attached to opposite sides of the benzene ring.

Acetyl is a CH3C=O group.

Amino is a >NH2 group but one of the Hs has been replaced by the acetyl group, so only -NH- is seen here.

Phenol is a benzene ring with -OH attached.
