Bacterial Growth Kit Philip Harris

This kit enables the population growth of a safe bacterium to be monitored, without the need for elaborate
aseptic precautions.
Monitoring can be carried out colorimetrically or by using a counting chamber.
Ref. H7372018 Price £43.31

Set of Slides on Sewage Treatment Philip Harris (Teaching & Learning Microbiology.' Part 7)

A most informative set of projection slides, produced for MISAC. Includes a very full script for teachers.
Ref. H5490013 Price £43.82

Introductory Microbiology Kit Philip Harris

Includes a useful range of experiments appropriate for 12-year-olds, up to sixth form students. A particular feature is the provision of a booklet written for teachers with little or no experience of microbiological work and covering procedures, including safety aspects, very comprehensively. It is likely that the kit will soon be discontinued in its present form and be marketed as individual smaller units. This will enable teachers to select only those kits appropriate to the level being taught. Details of this development can be obtained from Philip Harris.
Ref. H5404011 Price £105.00

Electron Micrograph Print Set EMPSO Philip Harris

A set of electron micrographs mainly suitable for A-level; however, two or three of the ten plates, showing
the structure of viruses and bacteria, could be used with more able GCSE students.
Ref.H5410014 Price £19.95
